When we bought our 200 year old cottage six years ago, Eric Martin of M Build Ltd was recommended to us by a friend to carry out the necessary work. It has proved to be the best advice I've ever taken! The standard of work carried out by Eric and his team of professional electricians, plumbers etc was excellent. The major project which needed undertaking was to enclose a tiny but complicated courtyard into the main body of the house and, as often happens with these old cottages built into the hillside, we unearthed all sorts of unexpected problems that had to be dealt with urgently. Eric was able to cope with it all and finished the whole project to such a high standard, I cannot fault the work. From the very beginning Eric's communication was excellent - always turning up when expected etc. I trust him completely, enjoyed having him in the house and found him easy and honest to work with. I was delighted when my cottage was featured in the January issue of "25 Beautiful Homes".

I have been using Eric Martin (M Build Ltd) for the last four years to do renovations to my house. He has worked on the roof and chimney, altered and re-decked the front terrace, fixed damp issues, totally revamped the master en suite and fixed and re-plastered a collapsed ceiling. His work has always been of the highest quality and his attention detail gives me the confidence that he will complete the job perfectly. As my property is 140 years old, it's no surprise that when doing renovations Eric uncovers building issues that need resolving. Eric always has a resolution and is able to accommodate what ever work is required after chatting things through with me.
